Our senior collectables valuer Richard Beale has been interviewed for the BBC’s ‘Right on the Money’ to be shown on Wednesday 12th July at 9:15am on BBC1.
‘Right on the Money’ is a consumer programme presented by Dominic Littlewood and Denise Lewis which highlights all you need to know about savings and investments, and gives advice on how to manage spending.
Richard was interviewed by Dominic Littlewood about the potential collectables of the future. They spoke about the trend in nostalgic collecting as the baby boomers hit middle age and retirement the toys from their childhoods become must have items. If this trend continues into the future the iPods and technical gadgets of today’s younger generation, if kept mint and in their original boxes, could be the collectables of the future.
