In person at one of our offices
Callers are welcome to visit our Warwick office during normal office hours - 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday – to request a banknote valuation.
Although valuations are often possible on the same day, we do advise making an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.
Our accounts office in Chester can also accept items for transportation to our valuation department in Warwick. If you need to speak to one of our valuers just let us know when you call in. Our valuers are happy to provide advice over the telephone. please note they are not based at our Chester office.
If required, we can also arrange to transport smaller items to our offices by courier service.

Home Visits
If you’re in possession of a larger collection, we can arrange for a home visit to take place so that we can conduct a valuation and discuss sale procedures.
