Warwick and Warwick Die Cast, Model Soldiers and Toys Auction Report 22nd January 2020

It was our first Die Cast, Model Soldiers and Toys Auction of the year with over 490 lots on offer to our keen bidders.

Highlights included this very unusual Marklin c1905 tinplate clockwork ‘H.M.S. Gladiator’ cruiser, which realised a whopping £5,880!

 

And this Meccano Outfit No. 10 set sold for £384.

 

In the model soldiers and figures section this Britains Racing Colours of Famous Owners Msr M Bossac achieved for £132.

 

This Britains (1932-41) Civilian Motorcycle and Sidecar Set No. 641 realised £600.

And this Charbens The Pitch Boiler No. 815 sold for £144.

 

Moving on to the die cast section this Britains Mobile Police Car No. 1413 achieved £396.

 

And this Corgi Chipperfields Circus Gift Set No. GS23 realised £288. 

 

In the Dinky section this Bedford Refuse Wagon No. 252 sold for £204.

 

And this UFO Shado Interceptor No. 351 achieved £216.

 

This Spot-On by Tri-ang Bedford ‘S’ Type 2000 Gallon ‘SHELL-BP’ tanker with yellow cab and white tank No. 158a/2 realised £960.

 

And this Bedford ‘S’ Type 2000 Gallon ‘SHELL-BP’ tanker with green cab and red tank No. 158a/2 sold for £552.
